Job Description: We are looking for a skilled Project Manager to oversee the development of our AI acceleration hardware. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management within the technology or hardware sectors, with a passion for AI and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage AI hardware development projects from inception to completion.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineers, designers, and product managers to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Monitor project progress and performance, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, and resolve any issues that arise.
• Communicate project status, updates, and any changes to stakeholders.
• Ensure all project documentation is complete and up-to-date.
• Foster a collaborative and high-performance project team environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Proven experience in project management, particularly in hardware development or a related field.
• PMP or similar project management certification is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of AI and hardware development processes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work well under pressure.
• Proficiency with project management tools and software.
